Dave Mellott, Trustee

I am currently working on my third term as Mead Township Trustee, a job I truly enjoy. I have been a lifelong resident of Belmont County, and Mead Township. I graduated from Shadyside High School and went directly into the Coal Mine afterwards, until 1984 when the mining industry slowed down. I then put 20 years of service in at Shadyside Local Schools until 2004 when I elected to go back into the mining industry. I retired from #6 Coal Mine in 2017 after a total of 20 years underground. In my spare time I enjoy spending time with my family, especially my Grandkids and frequent trips to auctions & flea markets.
